Prototype construction takes place directly in our on-site factory: Thanks to our modern, large machine park, we are able to produce near-series prototypes of high quality – quickly and in accordance with all subsequent requirements. Another advantage for our customers: Due to the short distances from the project team to the machine, everything remains in one hand. This guarantees maximum efficiency and fast results. Production is carried out in close coordination with our customers. Anyone who wants to can be informed about the current status at any time, participate and be a decisive part of the manufacturing process. Full transparency and cooperation in a spirit of partnership are particularly important to us.
Manufacturing & testing go hand in hand.
Production takes place in our high-performance machinery in Remscheid, where we can cover the entire vertical range of manufacture in our own production with high-quality raw materials from regional partners. We use various testing methods to analyze and optimize our products. Among other things, we work with 3D measuring techniques and life tests with 100% video and cycle documentation. Our test benches can simulate all properties and thus provide precise results for the usability, service life and handling of a product. We also perform FEM calculations in-house.
Success goes into series production
Our production area has a very well equipped machine park and allows us a fully automatic series production. CNC-controlled lathes and milling machines, wire erosion centers as well as a well-trained and passionate team stand for highest quality and perfection. Special hardness and surface processes also guarantee a long service life and original equipment quality. On request, we also mark devices and machines produced by us according to customer-specific requirements. The use of the latest laser technology allows for individual markings.
